| | Registration Policies | 15. (1) The customer agrees as a condition of submitting this agreement that the customer shall be bound by the standard policies, terms and conditions of any domain registration authorities including but not limited to those of CORE, Internet Council of Registrars and those of the HM Domain Registry which are available at http://www.names.co.za/conditions/core.txt , http://co.za/annexure.html and http://www.registry.hm/information.html respectively.
(2) Registrant agrees that domain registration authorities may at their sole discretion, change or modify the policies, incorporated by reference herein, at any time. Customer agrees that customer's maintaining the registration of a domain name after changes or modifications to the policy become effective constitutes customer's continued acceptance of these changes or modifications. Customer agrees that if customer considers any such changes or modifications to be unacceptable, customer may request that the domain name be deleted from the domain name database.
(3) Since your registration may depend on various registration authorities you agree to abide also by the terms and conditions of any relevant authorities. CORE's dispute resolution policy is available at http://www.corenic.org/dispute-policy/ |
